Seven Layer Cookies {my new years diet}

I know everyone is in diet mode as we start 2013 but we are also in the dead of winter and need some sweets to go with our afternoon tea right? These cookies are so easy to make and hard to stay away from.

Seven Layer Cookies

Ingredients:
1/2 Butter (melted)

1 1/2 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs

1 cup Chopped Pecans

1 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

1/2 cup Butterscotch Chips

1 1/3 cup Coconut

1 14 oz. container Sweetened Condensed Milk

Directions:

Pre heat oven to 350°.  Mix butter and graham cracker crumbs and press into the bottom of a 9″ x 13″ baking dish. In the order listed, add remaining ingredients in even layers. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares.

If you are more of a butterscotch person or if you feel like it is missing something you can easily make it your own and alter the amounts listed! I may have added quite a bit more coconut and chocolate chips:)
